Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- At least two years retail experience desired
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and electronically
- Ability to obtain required certifications
- Ability to problem solve and make decisions quickly
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to withstand prolonged standing, bending, and lifting up to 45 pounds occasionally
- Ability to work varied schedules including weekends, evenings, holidays, and overtime
- Proficiency in office software and web applications
- Ability to manage corporate email and calendar

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Two years retail experience desired
- Familiarity with product pricing, trends, fashions, and seasonal changes
- Effective verbal and electronic communication skills
- Ability to obtain certification in all employee positions through On the Job Training
- Certification in walkie stacker and/or forklift operation preferred
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow company policies
- Capacity to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods
- Availability to work varied schedules including weekends, evenings, holidays, and overtime
- Proficiency with office equipment, Word, Excel, and web-based applications like UKG and Novatime
- Ability to manage corporate email and calendar
- Demonstrated competencies in communication, customer focus, excellence, skills, teamwork, and trust at level 2
Job Duties
- Monitor safety, customer focus, product flow, and store aesthetics personally or through delegation
- Manage employee breaks and redirect staff to address call-offs
- Coach employees verbally and with initial write-ups, provide input on reviews and terminations
- Facilitate employee purchases
- Assist in opening and closing procedures
- Verify daily sales report paperwork
- Count cash drawers and make change between drawers and safe
- Assist with inventory by counting, entering, and verifying products
- Be on call for after-hours alarm notifications
- Plan, coordinate, and control customer service activities
- Serve as first escalation point for customer complaints
- Manage donation acceptance at Attended Donation Centers
- Maintain knowledge of store procedures and cross-train as a generalist
- Ensure accurate processing and movement of e-commerce products
- Obtain certification to operate equipment like pallet jack, forklift, and walkie stacker
- Maintain operational capability in absence of assistant manager or manager
- Perform additional tasks as required
