Job Requirements
- Master's degree or equivalent experience
- three years of juvenile treatment experience
- one year supervisory experience
- ability to manage and lead staff effectively
- knowledge of relevant policies and regulations
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- willingness to participate in community events
Job Qualifications
- Master's degree in public or business administration, behavioral science, counseling, education, health, social work, sociology, psychology, criminal justice, social or human services, or equivalent experience
- three years of experience in juvenile treatment settings
- one year of supervisory experience
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to adhere to policies and licensing standards
- capable of crisis intervention and team collaboration
- military experience is acceptable
Job Duties
- Supervise daily group living operations
- ensure compliance with ROP policies and licensing requirements
- provide direct supervision of at least two full-time employees
- participate in site, regional and company community events
- serve as a member of the Immediate Action Team
- monitor and promote a safe and supportive environment
- assist in staff development and crisis management
