Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- Minimum one year of relevant experience
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work a rotating 3 week schedule with approximately 45 hours per week
- Strong work ethic and integrity
- Good communication skills
- Ability to follow established practices and procedures
- Previous retail or food service experience preferred
Job Qualifications

- Minimum one year of relevant experience in food service or retail management
- Ability to effectively communicate with team members and leadership
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Positive approach to training and developing staff
- Retail experience preferred
- Ability to adapt to dynamic work environments

- Must be at least 21 years old
Job Duties
- Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members
- Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality
- Oversee the shift operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales
- Actively participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed
- Share in responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly
