Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Minimum of one year supervisory experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to work a rotating 3-week schedule with approximately 45 hours per week
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt to customer and employee needs and store environment conditions
Job Qualifications

- Minimum one year of experience in a supervisory role in retail or food service
- Strong customer focus and work ethic with high standards of integrity
- Positive approach to training, developing and interacting with team members
- Ability to build a successful team environment based on trust
- Effective communication skills with leadership team members
- Organized, detailed and able to follow company practices and procedures
Job Duties
- Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members
- Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality
- Oversee the shift operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales
- Actively participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed
- Share in responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly
