Job Duties
- Taking responsibility for the business performance of the restaurant
- Analyzing and planning restaurant sales levels and profitability
- Creating and executing staff development plans
- Coaching and leading the team throughout the shift
- Recruiting, training and motivating staff
- Ensuring all employees adhere to company standards
- Greeting guests and doing table visits to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintaining high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety
