  • Ability to create a fun, fast-paced guest-driven environment

  • Daily hands-on experience with front-of-house and back-of-house operations

Job Duties

  • Taking responsibility for the business performance of the restaurant
  • Analyzing and planning restaurant sales levels and profitability
  • Creating and executing staff development plans
  • Coaching and leading the team throughout the shift
  • Recruiting, training and motivating staff
  • Ensuring all employees adhere to company standards
  • Greeting guests and doing table visits to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety
