Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Capacity to perform physical tasks such as lifting and standing for extended periods
- Commitment to adhering to company values such as friendliness, respect, ownership, teamwork, and honesty

Job Duties
- Create coffee moments by sharing knowledge of coffee and sustainability practices with guests
- Lead by example, driving sales and service performance through coaching and training
- Act as a coffee and tea expert and share passion with guests
- Generate new guests and build store presence
- Prioritize safety for employees and guests
- Assist with store tasks such as cleaning and organizing stock
- Connect with the local community to enhance store presence
