Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Must be able to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Strong commitment to safety and guest service

- Legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience a plus but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for coffee and tea and eagerness to learn
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Be a warm host guiding guests through their coffee experience from beginning to end providing exceptional guest service throughout
- Create coffee moments by sharing your knowledge of coffee and sustainability practices with guests
- Be a coffee and tea expert through ongoing training and passion sharing
- Generate new guests and build a loyal local customer base
- Prioritize safety to maintain a safe and healthy environment for employees and guests
- Maintain store tidiness and organize stock while innovating new practices
- Take initiative with tasks and ideas to contribute to the overall success of the store
