Job Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
  • Must be able to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
  • Strong commitment to safety and guest service

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous customer service or hospitality experience a plus but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for coffee and tea and eagerness to learn
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Be a warm host guiding guests through their coffee experience from beginning to end providing exceptional guest service throughout
  • Create coffee moments by sharing your knowledge of coffee and sustainability practices with guests
  • Be a coffee and tea expert through ongoing training and passion sharing
  • Generate new guests and build a loyal local customer base
  • Prioritize safety to maintain a safe and healthy environment for employees and guests
  • Maintain store tidiness and organize stock while innovating new practices
  • Take initiative with tasks and ideas to contribute to the overall success of the store
