Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Capacity to perform physical activities like lifting, balancing, and reaching

Job Duties
- Be a warm host guiding guests through their coffee experience providing exceptional guest service
- Create coffee moments by sharing knowledge about coffee and sustainability practices with guests
- Become a coffee and tea expert through provided training and share passion with guests
- Generate new guests and build a loyal customer base in the local community
- Maintain safety by prioritizing healthy environments for employees and guests
- Take pride in store tidiness, organize stock, innovate new methods, and take initiative with tasks and ideas
