Job Requirements
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor environments

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience is advantageous
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for coffee and tea with willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration abilities

Job Duties
- Be a warm host and guide guests through their coffee experience providing exceptional service
- Create memorable coffee moments by sharing knowledge about coffee and sustainability practices
- Become a coffee and tea expert through training and share expertise with guests
- Generate new guests by delivering outstanding in-store experiences
- Prioritize safety for employees and guests at all times
- Maintain store tidiness, organize stock, and contribute innovative ideas
- Take initiative with tasks and contribute to overall store success
