Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- one year restaurant experience preferred with leadership responsibilities
- shift manager certification
- food safety certification
- reliable transportation
- valid driver’s license and insurance
- ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- strong interpersonal skills
- ability to handle constructive criticism maturely
- punctual and flexible with work hours
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- one year restaurant experience preferred with proven lead experience on all shifts
- shift manager certified
- food safety certification according to state or local requirements
- reliable transportation
- valid driver’s license
- good driving record
- ability to manage labor and food costs
- strong leadership and communication skills
- problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
Job Duties
- Provide leadership and operational responsibility during shifts
- execute speed of service goals
- resolve guest complaints quickly while maintaining positive relations
- ensure team appearance and restaurant cleanliness
- maintain safety and quality of products
- act as a role model by following company standards
- participate in goal-setting and achievement
- assist crew members to maintain performance standards
- provide constructive feedback
- facilitate conflict resolution

- oversee correct product preparation and safety standards
- maintain equipment and respond to maintenance needs
- secure company assets and manage labor and food costs
- coordinate opening and closing procedures timely
- support marketing programs
