Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior supervisory or managerial experience in food service
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to maintain quality and safety standards
- proficiency in preparing reports
- mentoring and employee development skills
Job Duties
- Provide training and create work schedules
- evaluate the performance of workers, reward high performers and discipline employees who fail to meet standards
- prepare production or sales reports for management
- ensure the unit meets expectations for quality, productivity, and safety
- act as the contact person for employees with complaints or time off requests
- mentor and develop employees encouraging goal setting and advancement
- perform other duties as assigned
