Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous restaurant experience recommended
- Knowledge of computers including MS Word and Excel
- Valid driver's license
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Agree to a background check
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and supervise a large team
- Physical ability to stand, bend, stoop, twist, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work with hot, cold, and hazardous equipment
- Ability to deliver catering as needed
Job Qualifications
- Previous restaurant experience recommended
- Knowledge of computers including MS Word and Excel
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must agree to a background check
- Self-discipline, strong initiative, leadership ability, and outgoing personality
- Pleasant, polite manner with a neat, clean appearance

- Ability to handle pressure of coordinating a wide range of activities and team members

- Ability to supervise 15-25 team members to achieve goals
Job Duties
- Oversee and manage all areas of the restaurant to ensure guest satisfaction and increased profitability
- Ensure 100% guest satisfaction in areas of quality, service, and cleanliness
- Take actions to transform dissatisfied guests into regular customers
- Provide direction to team members regarding operational and procedural issues
- Develop all team members by providing ongoing feedback
- Create a work environment known in the community as the place to work
- Enforce sanitary practices for food handling, cleanliness, and maintenance of all areas
- Ensure compliance with Moe's/Sterling Operational Standards
- Maintain professional image including cleanliness, uniforms, and appearance standards
- Manage food flow from ordering to serving to ensure high quality, proper portioning, and low waste
- Ensure proper security procedures to protect guests, employees, and Sterling assets
- Ensure a safe guest and working environment to reduce risk of injury and accidents
- Complete necessary reports timely in the event of injuries
- Manage shifts effectively
