Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or food and beverage preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and safety standards
- Capacity to perform physical duties such as lifting and standing for long periods

Job Duties
- Be a warm host and guide guests through their coffee experience from beginning to end providing exceptional guest service throughout
- Create coffee moments by sharing knowledge about coffee and sustainability practices with guests
- Be a coffee and tea expert by participating in training and sharing passion with guests
- Generate new guests by engaging with the community and promoting the brand
- Care about safety ensuring a safe and healthy environment for employees and guests
- Contribute to the store tidiness, organize stock, innovate new ways to do tasks and take initiative
- Take pride in and add to the overall success of the store by participating actively
