Job Duties
- Be a warm host guiding guests through their coffee experience providing exceptional guest service
- create coffee moments by sharing knowledge about coffee and sustainability practices
- be a coffee and tea expert through ongoing training and sharing passion with guests
- generate new guests and build a loyal customer base
- prioritize safety for employees and guests
- maintain store tidiness and organized stock
- take initiative and contribute ideas to improve overall success
