Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Be a warm host and guide guests through their coffee experience providing exceptional guest service
- Create coffee moments by sharing knowledge about coffee and sustainability practices with guests
- Be a coffee and tea expert by undergoing brand training and sharing passion with guests
- Generate new guests and engage with the community to build loyal customers
- Care about safety by ensuring a safe and healthy environment for employees and guests
- Maintain tidiness in the store, organize stock, and take initiative to contribute to overall store success
- Innovate and suggest new ways to improve store operations and customer experience
