Job Requirements

  • Minimum age as per local labor laws
  • ability to stand and move for extended periods
  • ability to perform tasks such as climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, pushing, pulling, lifting up to 50 pounds
  • must be able to communicate effectively
  • willingness to work in varying environmental conditions including cold, heat, and noise
  • basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
  • legal authorization to work in the U.S.
  • flexible availability to work shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior customer service experience preferred
  • passion for coffee and tea culture
  • ability to work well in a team environment
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • willingness to learn and grow within the company

Job Duties

  • Be a warm host- guide guests through their coffee experience providing exceptional service
  • create coffee moments- share knowledge of coffee and sustainability with guests
  • be a coffee and tea expert by learning and sharing the brand's passion
  • generate new guests by fostering engaging in-store experiences
  • care about safety by prioritizing a safe environment for employees and guests
  • contribute to store tidiness, organize stock, innovate and take initiative to support overall success
