Job Duties
- Provide training and create work schedules
- Evaluate the performance of workers

- Prepare production or sales reports for management
- Ensure unit meets expectations for quality, productivity, and safety
- Act as contact person for employees regarding complaints or time off requests
- Mentor and develop employees, encouraging career advancement
- Perform other duties as assigned
