Job Requirements
- maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
- meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverages, cash handling and safety
- six months experience interacting with customers
- ability to coach in food and beverage preparation
- six months experience delegating tasks to two or more employees
Job Qualifications
- at least six months of experience in a customer-facing role
- demonstrated ability to delegate and coordinate tasks involving two or more employees
- effective oral communication skills
- strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- ability to work as part of a team
- knowledge of the retail environment
- ability to learn quickly
Job Duties
- lead and supervise store team during shifts
- ensure quality preparation of beverages and food products
- manage cash handling and store safety
- coach and prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- delegate tasks and coordinate employee activities
- maintain store operating policies and standards
- foster a welcoming and community-focused store environment
