Job Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
High school diploma or G.E.D.
Ability to communicate effectively
Ability to provide leadership and coaching
Ability to work a rotating 3 week schedule with 45 hours per week
Pass a criminal background check and job-fit assessment
Adherence to store policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or G.E.D.
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
Strong customer focus
Demonstrated work ethic with high standards for integrity
Ability to train, develop and interact positively with team members
Effective communication skills with leadership
Ability to build a successful team by creating an environment of trust
Adaptability to customer and employee needs and store environment conditions
Organized, detailed and able to follow practices and procedures
Retail experience preferred

Job Duties

Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members
Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality
Oversee the shift operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales
Actively participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed
Share in responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly
