Job Duties

  • Lead through example
  • work as part of a team while maintaining a positive work environment
  • be flexible to change within a restaurant environment
  • assist in developing the restaurant team to create an environment where enthusiastic people are recognized and rewarded
  • ensure orders are taken promptly, accurately and courteously
  • resolve customer complaints
  • take inventory of stock during shift to determine ordering and supply needs
  • count cash on hand at shift change and closing and prepare bank deposit statements
  • assure all safety and security procedures are followed within the restaurant
