Job Duties
- Lead through example
- work as part of a team while maintaining a positive work environment
- be flexible to change within a restaurant environment
- assist in developing the restaurant team to create an environment where enthusiastic people are recognized and rewarded
- ensure orders are taken promptly, accurately and courteously
- resolve customer complaints
- take inventory of stock during shift to determine ordering and supply needs
- count cash on hand at shift change and closing and prepare bank deposit statements
- assure all safety and security procedures are followed within the restaurant
