Job Duties
- supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and high service standards
- lead, motivate, and coach team members to achieve performance goals
- manage customer interactions to maintain satisfaction and resolve issues effectively
- oversee cash handling and deposits ensuring accuracy and security
- maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
- assist in training new employees on company policies and procedures
- monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs
