Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of retail or food service experience
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Ability to communicate effectively with leadership team members
  • Ability to follow through on discipline and achieve goals
  • Availability to work morning shifts and rotating 3-week schedule

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of retail or food service experience
  • Strong leadership and team building skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing store environment and customer needs
  • Positive approach to training and developing team members
  • Organized and detail oriented

Job Duties

  • Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members
  • Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality
  • Oversee the shift operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales
  • Actively participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed
  • Share in responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly
