Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Minimum of 1 year of restaurant or management experience
- Servsafe Manager Certification preferred or ability to take and pass certification
- Ability to work nights and weekends
- Open availability preferred

Job Duties
- Ensuring that all team members complete their Shift Excellence tasks for their assigned position
- Ensuring that employees are clean and neat in appearance
- Personally demonstrating that customer needs are the highest priority
- Ensuring food safety, quality and accuracy of orders
- Resolving customer complaints quickly while maintaining positive customer relations
- Completing HACCP log on shift
- Taking accurate inventories and receiving deliveries
- Coaching and counseling your team to meet standards
- Ensuring that OSHA, local health and safety codes, and company safety and security procedures are followed
