- Experience in restaurant, fast casual or hospitality industry
- Willingness to work shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience in fast casual, full service or hospitality industries
- Proven team leader with ability to hire, motivate and retain staff
- Experience managing front of house and back of house operations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Career minded and goal oriented
Job Duties
- Taking responsibility for the business performance of the restaurant
- Analyzing and planning restaurant sales levels and profitability
- Creating and executing staff development
- Coaching and leading your team throughout the shift
- Recruiting, training and motivating staff
- Ensuring that all employees adhere to the company's standards
- Greeting guests and doing table visits to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintaining high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety
