Job Requirements

- ability to work full time with rotating weekends
- strong organizational skills

- basic computer skills for reporting duties
- commitment to maintaining quality, safety, and productivity standards
Job Qualifications
- previous management experience preferred but not required
- ability to direct activities of associates during a shift
- knowledge of company policies and procedures

- capability to evaluate employee performance and manage schedules
- experience in mentoring and developing employees
Job Duties
- providing training and creating work schedules
- evaluating the performance of workers, rewarding high performers and disciplining employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance
- preparing production or sales reports for management and ensuring unit meets expectations for quality, productivity and safety
- acting as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off
- acting as a mentor, developing employees and encouraging workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization
- performing other duties as assigned
