Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Record of maintaining high standards in cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction
  • Business maturity and ability to supervise peers
  • Passion for the business and compassion for people
  • Highly energetic, self-motivated, and goal oriented
  • Dependable and able to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
  • Reliable transportation required
  • Pass a background check if applicable

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year full-service restaurant experience preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Outstanding leadership, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
  • Basic business math and accounting knowledge
  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
  • Basic personal computer literacy
  • Serv Safe certification preferred

Job Duties

  • Manage restaurant operations during scheduled mid and closing shifts
  • Ensure adherence to brand equity standards and guest satisfaction
  • Oversee restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, and product quality
  • Handle guest interactions with professionalism and resolve issues effectively
  • Support profit maximization through operational efficiency and inventory management
  • Train and lead team members in accordance with company policies
  • Maintain communication with exempt management
