Job Duties

  • taking responsibility for the business performance of the restaurant
  • analyzing and planning restaurant sales levels and profitability
  • creating and executing staff development
  • coaching and leading your team throughout the shift
  • recruiting, training and motivating staff
  • ensuring that all employees adhere to the company's standards
  • greeting guests and doing table visits to ensure customer satisfaction
  • maintaining high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety
