Job Requirements
- open and flexible availability including evenings, overnights, weekends and holidays

- 1-2 years of management experience in a customer-facing role
- 1 or more years of food and beverage experience
- valid Food Handler's Certification or equivalent

Job Duties
- Guide processes and complete work based on management direction for functional areas within the store
- Act as the Manager on Duty for assigned shifts
- Communicate and partner with Retail Leadership in the absence of the Shop Manager
- Ensure consistency of operational processes and execution
- Adhere to all Kith and Kith - Treats policies and ensure compliance by team members
- Oversee and participate in cleaning and maintaining industrial kitchen equipment
- Assist management team to achieve performance goals and execute standard operating procedures
- Support store management to ensure timely and efficient completion of work tasks
- Execute initiatives designed to drive customer satisfaction and business efficiencies
- Read communications and interact with store management to stay informed of initiatives, priorities, and business metrics
- Act on direction from the Shop Manager and collaborate effectively with employees
- Guide work activities before, during, and after store operating hours
- Assist management with housekeeping responsibilities including dusting, sweeping, and trash collection
- Help audit cleanliness and hygiene standards to ensure compliance with food safety laws
- Assist in the execution of in-store or off-site activations
