Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to analyze and interpret operational data
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to coach and motivate a team
  • Knowledge of fleet maintenance coordination preferred
  • Familiarity with area geography
  • Ability to work flexible hours
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly or occasionally
  • Ability to use navigational apps and communicate verbally with dispatch team

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role
  • Strong organizational and decision-making skills
  • Ability to analyze metrics and make data-driven operational adjustments
  • Excellent communication skills for coaching and team management
  • Knowledge of fleet maintenance and vendor coordination is a plus
  • Familiarity with the Miami area and flexible availability

Job Duties

  • Assign vehicles to drivers based on operational needs and ensure optimal utilization
  • Train and guide drivers to improve safety practices and provide excellent customer service
  • Monitor driver attendance and address infractions related to attendance, conduct, or performance
  • Analyze vehicle occupancy metrics and adjust the number of vehicles on the road to meet customer demand
  • Coordinate maintenance with external vendors and ensure vehicles are in top condition
  • Oversee the team responsible for cleaning and preparing the vehicle fleet
