Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Minimum of 1 year full service restaurant experience preferred
  • Record of maintaining high standards in restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction
  • Business maturity and ability to effectively supervise peers
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred
  • Passion for the business and compassion for people
  • Highly energetic, self-motivated, goal oriented and dependable
  • Good oral and written communication skills, and outstanding leadership, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
  • Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skills
  • Basic personal computer literacy
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holidays
  • Reliable transportation required
  • Serv Safe certified preferred

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Manage day-to-day restaurant operations during mid and closing shifts
  • Ensure compliance with company and brand equity standards
  • Resolve guest issues and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Optimize profits through effective team management and operational efficiency
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and sanitation
  • Train and develop team members for leadership and operational roles
  • Assist in scheduling and other administrative duties as required
