Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older

- Minimum of 1-year customer service and supervisor experience

Job Duties
- Oversee restaurant operations including product preparation and customer service
- Manage and lead team members to maintain a positive and collaborative work environment
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and operational procedures
- Drive achievement of performance metrics aligned with management objectives
- Foster excellent guest experiences through friendly interactions and restaurant cleanliness
- Support training and development of staff to maximize efficiency and service quality
- Handle guest concerns and provide solutions to enhance customer satisfaction
