Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Reliable transportation to and from work

  • Ability to pass a criminal background check

  • Ability to work alongside minors
  • Minimum of 1-year customer service and supervisor experience

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1-year experience in a customer service role
  • At least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead by example with a goal-oriented mindset
  • Demonstrated ownership attitude towards business results
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, team-driven environments

Job Duties

  • Oversee restaurant operations including product preparation and customer service
  • Manage and lead team members to maintain a positive and collaborative work environment
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and operational procedures
  • Drive achievement of performance metrics aligned with management objectives
  • Foster excellent guest experiences through friendly interactions and restaurant cleanliness
  • Support training and development of staff to maximize efficiency and service quality
  • Handle guest concerns and provide solutions to enhance customer satisfaction
