Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests in a friendly and approachable manner making them feel welcome and ensuring their satisfaction
- Accurately take orders suggest menu items and beverage pairings and ensure special requests or dietary needs are communicated to the kitchen
- Serve hot fresh food to guests in a timely manner ensuring the food is presented according to Red Lobster standards
- Collaborate with other servers kitchen staff and management to ensure seamless service and an efficient dining experience
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards ensuring a safe and clean environment for guests and staff
