Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a team leadership or supervisory role preferred
- strong multitasking and judgment skills
- availability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
- reliable transportation to and from work
- ability to follow all company policies and procedures 100%
- good attendance and punctuality
- physical ability to work in a fast-paced environment with exposure to varying temperatures and hot surfaces
Job Qualifications
- Ability to operate all store equipment
- experience stocking ingredients and managing inventory
- skills in preparing food products and processing telephone orders
- ability to clean equipment and facility regularly
- strong communication skills including comprehension of written instructions and verbal communication with customers and team
- proficiency in basic math including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- ability to make correct monetary change
- motor coordination to make precise, rapid movements
- ability to enter orders using computer or touch screen
- capacity to work under varying temperature conditions and exposure to food odors and dust
Job Duties
- Manage staffing and ensure the team follows all company policies and procedures
- control inventory, cost, and cash during the shift
- oversee food preparation and quality standards

- provide excellent customer service and handle customer relations effectively
