Job Requirements
- Must have a little Domino's pizza experience already
- No experience starts at minimum wage then will get a raise after training is over
- Must be 18 of age or older
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends
Job Qualifications
- Must have a little Domino's pizza experience or pizza experience
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Excellent customer service skills and a passion for creating positive customer experiences
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to demonstrate and enforce team member and food safety protocols
- Proficiency in basic math and cash handling
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, effective decisions
- Must be 18 of age or older
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems (preferred)
Job Duties
- Oversee and manage all aspects of store operations during assigned shifts
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and food safety protocols
- Lead and motivate team members to maintain high standards of customer service
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally and efficiently
- Manage inventory, cash handling, and cost control measures
- Coordinate and delegate tasks to team members to optimize productivity
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Assist in training and developing new team members
- Collaborate with management to implement strategies for improving store performance
- Adapt to changing priorities and make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment
