Job Requirements
- Ability to stand for most tasks
- Ability to walk short distances for short durations on ceramic tile bricks and linoleum surfaces
- Ability to complete paperwork sitting at a desk or table in an office
- Ability to lift bulk product deliveries up to 50 pounds using a hand truck
- Ability to lift and stack cases onto shelves up to 72 inches high

Job Duties
- Leading and managing the team within store and providing support to the Store Manager
- Working closely with the Store Manager to continually improve performance
- Managing the operation and maximizing every sales opportunity
- Inspiring and motivating your team to deliver excellent customer service
- Coaching and developing your team members in all aspects of their role
