Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Availability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Commitment to maintaining food safety and cleanliness standards
  • Basic math skills for inventory and cash handling
  • Previous supervisory or management experience is an advantage

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • Experience in a fast food or restaurant environment preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage a team effectively
  • Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
  • Customer service oriented
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Job Duties

  • Supervising food safety and cleanliness procedures to ensure the team is meeting McDonald’s standards
  • Communicating effectively with Crew and the next Shift Managers to help them prepare to run a great shift, too
  • Achieving targets during their shifts and helping departments meet their goals
  • Taking action to monitor safety, security, inventory and profitability
  • Managing Crew schedules and encouraging high performance during their shift
  • Providing exceptional customer service and quality food production
  • Training new team members on critical job functions
