Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of hospitality or related experience preferred
  • Ability to work full-time or part-time as needed
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Availability to work flexible hours
  • Willingness to undergo training and development

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in hospitality or food service preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Leadership experience for management roles
  • Basic math and cash handling skills
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve menu items according to company standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues
  • Manage shifts and ensure operational efficiency (for shift managers)
  • Train and support new team members
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Participate in inventory management and ordering supplies
