Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous management or supervisory experience desired
- ability to lead and motivate a team
- good problem-solving skills
- commitment to maintaining safety and cleanliness
- flexible availability including nights weekends and holidays
- legal age to work as a manager
Job Qualifications
- previous leadership experience ideally in restaurant retail or hospitality
- positive team player with flexible schedule
- strong communication and organizational skills

Job Duties
- lead shifts ensuring fast accurate friendly customer service
- provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts
- plan shift activities and monitor performance
- ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards
- manage inventory and daily maintenance tasks
- oversee scheduling and training of staff
- communicate with next Shift Manager for shift handover
