Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • one year retail or customer service management experience, two years preferred or four plus years of US Military service
  • one year supervising the work of others

Job Duties

  • lead the store team during shifts to ensure excellent customer service
  • manage daily store operations including inventory and sales targets
  • coach and mentor partners to achieve their full potential
  • maintain store cleanliness and compliance with health and safety standards
  • handle customer concerns and resolve issues promptly
  • support implementation of company policies and procedures
  • assist with staff scheduling and labor cost management
