Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- one year retail or customer service management experience, two years preferred or four plus years of US Military service
- one year supervising the work of others

Job Duties
- lead the store team during shifts to ensure excellent customer service
- manage daily store operations including inventory and sales targets
- coach and mentor partners to achieve their full potential
- maintain store cleanliness and compliance with health and safety standards
- handle customer concerns and resolve issues promptly
- support implementation of company policies and procedures
- assist with staff scheduling and labor cost management
