Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum one year retail or customer service management experience
- experience supervising and coaching team members
- strong communication and problem-solving skills
- availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays

- one year retail or customer service management experience
- two years preferred or four plus years of US Military service
- one year supervising the work of others with teambuilding and coaching skills
- strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- entrepreneurial mentality with sales experience
Job Duties
- lead store shifts including opening and closing procedures
- manage and coach store team members to deliver exceptional customer service
- ensure operational excellence including inventory management and cash handling
- maintain store cleanliness and safety standards
- drive sales initiatives and monitor performance metrics
- resolve customer issues and enhance customer satisfaction
- collaborate with store manager and support store leadership in daily functions
