Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum one year retail or customer service management experience
  • experience supervising and coaching team members
  • strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • one year retail or customer service management experience
  • two years preferred or four plus years of US Military service
  • one year supervising the work of others with teambuilding and coaching skills
  • strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • entrepreneurial mentality with sales experience

Job Duties

  • lead store shifts including opening and closing procedures
  • manage and coach store team members to deliver exceptional customer service
  • ensure operational excellence including inventory management and cash handling
  • maintain store cleanliness and safety standards
  • drive sales initiatives and monitor performance metrics
  • resolve customer issues and enhance customer satisfaction
  • collaborate with store manager and support store leadership in daily functions
