Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • proven leadership experience in retail or customer service
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • excellent communication skills
  • availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • authorization to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • one year retail or customer service management experience, two years preferred or four plus years of US Military service
  • one year supervising the work of others including teambuilding and coaching
  • strong organizational skills
  • excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
  • entrepreneurial mentality with experience in sales-focused environments

Job Duties

  • lead daily store operations and ensure operational excellence
  • coach, mentor, and develop store partners to enhance performance
  • manage scheduling and labor to optimize productivity
  • oversee inventory control and product quality
  • drive sales and implement marketing initiatives
  • resolve customer issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction
  • maintain store cleanliness and safety standards
