Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- proven leadership experience in retail or customer service
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- excellent communication skills
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- one year retail or customer service management experience, two years preferred or four plus years of US Military service
- one year supervising the work of others including teambuilding and coaching
- strong organizational skills
- excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- entrepreneurial mentality with experience in sales-focused environments
Job Duties
- lead daily store operations and ensure operational excellence
- coach, mentor, and develop store partners to enhance performance
- manage scheduling and labor to optimize productivity
- oversee inventory control and product quality
- drive sales and implement marketing initiatives
- resolve customer issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction
- maintain store cleanliness and safety standards
