Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 1–2 years of management experience in a high-volume food and beverage environment
- ability to think clearly and solve problems under pressure
- experience with inventory systems, ordering, and managing labor costs
- willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- genuine love for craft beer
- technical familiarity with draft systems

Job Duties
- manage, coach, and inspire a diverse team of 5–40 hourly employees per shift
- responsible for scheduling and leading high-impact pre-shift huddles
- execute high-volume shifts with precision and problem-solving during peak rushes
- manage labor percentages and cost of goods sold (COGS) including inventory, ordering, and forecasting
- oversee beverage quality including basic draft system knowledge such as keg swaps, gas ratios, and troubleshooting
- act as a kind, patient, and professional presence for guests
- serve as a supportive mentor for team members
