Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • 1–2 years of management experience in a high-volume food and beverage environment
  • ability to think clearly and solve problems under pressure
  • experience with inventory systems, ordering, and managing labor costs
  • willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • genuine love for craft beer
  • technical familiarity with draft systems

Job Duties

  • manage, coach, and inspire a diverse team of 5–40 hourly employees per shift
  • responsible for scheduling and leading high-impact pre-shift huddles
  • execute high-volume shifts with precision and problem-solving during peak rushes
  • manage labor percentages and cost of goods sold (COGS) including inventory, ordering, and forecasting
  • oversee beverage quality including basic draft system knowledge such as keg swaps, gas ratios, and troubleshooting
  • act as a kind, patient, and professional presence for guests
  • serve as a supportive mentor for team members
