Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of management experience in a high-volume food and beverage environment
- Ability to think clearly and solve problems under pressure
- Experience with inventory systems, ordering, and managing labor costs
- Availability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Passion for craft beer
- Knowledge of draft systems

Job Duties
- Manage, coach, and inspire a diverse team of 5-40 hourly employees per shift
- Schedule and lead high-impact pre-shift huddles
- Execute high-volume shifts with precision
- Problem-solve on the fly to maintain staff and guest satisfaction
- Manage labor percentages and cost of goods sold (COGS)
- Handle inventory, ordering, and forecasting to prepare for shifts
- Oversee beverage quality and basic draft system maintenance
- Act as a kind, patient, and professional presence for guests
- Serve as a supportive mentor for the team
