Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of management experience in a high-volume food and beverage environment
  • Ability to think clearly and solve problems under pressure
  • Experience with inventory systems, ordering, and managing labor costs
  • Availability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Passion for craft beer
  • Knowledge of draft systems

  • Proven ability to think clearly and solve problems under pressure
  • Experience with inventory systems, ordering, and managing labor costs

  • Technical familiarity with draft systems
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Manage, coach, and inspire a diverse team of 5-40 hourly employees per shift
  • Schedule and lead high-impact pre-shift huddles
  • Execute high-volume shifts with precision
  • Problem-solve on the fly to maintain staff and guest satisfaction
  • Manage labor percentages and cost of goods sold (COGS)
  • Handle inventory, ordering, and forecasting to prepare for shifts
  • Oversee beverage quality and basic draft system maintenance
  • Act as a kind, patient, and professional presence for guests
  • Serve as a supportive mentor for the team
