Job Requirements
- 18 years or older
- Previous management or leadership experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Effective communication abilities

- Ability to maintain safety and cleanliness standards

Job Duties
- Lead shifts every week ensuring fast, accurate and friendly customer experience
- Provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts to ensure quality, service and cleanliness
- Plan each shift and monitor performance
- Take action to meet McDonald's standards
- Monitor safety, security and profitability
- Communicate with next Shift Manager for smooth transition
- Meet shift and department targets
- Manage food safety
- Oversee inventory management
- Maintain daily cleanliness and maintenance
- Manage crew scheduling and training
- Ensure quality food production
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Ensure safety and security compliance
