Job Requirements

  • Minimum age of 18
  • possess valid, unexpired and unsuspended state driver’s license
  • willing and able to work rotating shifts including nights, holidays, weekends, and days off
  • must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
  • must demonstrate leadership, initiative and judgment
  • position may require certification as a Ground Security Coordinator
  • able to work with minimal supervision and be punctual

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • previous experience in airport operations preferred
  • Sabre experience preferred
  • demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing
  • strong leadership and initiative
  • administrative and analytical abilities
  • ability to lead and motivate employees
  • ability to work in a team environment
  • ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
  • self-motivated with minimal supervision
  • legal right to work in the United States
  • fluency in English

Job Duties

  • Provide quality service and achieve superior customer satisfaction
  • resolve customer service and operational problems during tour of duty
  • generate and implement quality improvement ideas through cross-functional teams
  • evaluate team performance through corporate quality control measures
  • meet profitability and cost control goals by monitoring budgets and seeking cost reduction ideas
  • ensure compliance with operations safety and government requirements
  • coach and counsel personnel and provide guidance on customer service and performance
  • conduct regular performance reviews for team members
  • encourage employee teamwork and the implementation of individual and team ideas
  • run effective operations through communication and administration of company policies
  • coordinate operations including scheduling, hiring, training, and inventory management
