Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must be able to obtain a Gaming badge
- Must be able to obtain an ABLE license
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or food service industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including nights weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff during assigned shifts including front-of-house and back-of-house operations
- Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and standards to maintain a safe and welcoming environment
- Train and mentor team members to uphold service standards and deliver outstanding guest experiences
- Manage inventory including ordering and receiving supplies and monitoring stock levels to support operational needs
- Handle guest inquiries concerns and complaints in a professional and timely manner striving to resolve issues to the satisfaction of all parties involved
- Monitor performance metrics such as sales and labor costs and implement strategies to optimize efficiency and profitability
