Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • must be able to obtain a Gaming badge
  • must be able to obtain an ABLE license
  • minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or food service industry
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff during assigned shifts, including front-of-house and back-of-house operations
  • ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards to maintain a safe and welcoming environment
  • train and mentor team members to uphold service standards and deliver outstanding guest experiences
  • manage inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies, and monitoring stock levels to support operational needs
  • handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner, striving to resolve issues to the satisfaction of all parties involved
  • monitor performance metrics, such as sales and labor costs, and implement strategies to optimize efficiency and profitability
