Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Ability to obtain a gaming badge
  • Ability to obtain an ABLE license
  • Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in hospitality or food service industry
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts including nights weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or food service industry

Job Duties

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff during assigned shifts including front-of-house and back-of-house operations
  • Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and standards to maintain a safe and welcoming environment
  • Train and mentor team members to uphold service standards and deliver outstanding guest experiences
  • Manage inventory including ordering and receiving supplies and monitoring stock levels to support operational needs
  • Handle guest inquiries concerns and complaints in a professional and timely manner striving to resolve issues to the satisfaction of all parties involved
  • Monitor performance metrics such as sales and labor costs and implement strategies to optimize efficiency and profitability
