Job Requirements

  • Minimum age 18
  • minimum of 6 months relatable supervisory experience
  • flexible schedule available including weeknights, weekends, and holidays
  • TB clearance required
  • 0-1 years of food service or retail experience
  • ability to stand, bend, reach, and scoop throughout shift
  • mobility in walk-in refrigerator/freezer with temperatures from 40 to -10 degrees Fahrenheit
  • basic math and computer skills
  • ability to test products by taste, color, and smell
  • cash handling and customer service preferred
  • current or ability to obtain food handler certification within first 30 days
  • basic math and reading skills
  • ability to understand and carry out oral/written instructions in English
  • high school diploma or commensurate experience
  • working experience with computers, smartphones, iPads, and POS systems
  • general knowledge of food industry or retail operations preferred
  • knowledge of nutrition terminology is a plus

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Assist in daily store operations
  • manage and lead the store during absence of General Manager or Assistant General Manager
  • maintain highest standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation
  • handle issues with team members, food suppliers, and guests
  • operate cash register and manage cash transactions
  • adhere to food safety and equipment maintenance guidelines
  • foster a positive team environment and ensure excellent customer service
