Job Requirements
- Minimum age 18
- six months supervisory experience
- flexibility for weeknights, weekends, and holidays
- TB clearance
- 0-1 years experience in food service or retail
- ability to stand, bend, reach, and scoop during shifts
- ability to work in walk-in refrigerator and freezer conditions
- basic math and computer skills
- able to test products by taste, color, and smell
- cash handling and customer service preferred
- current or ability to obtain food handler certification within 30 days
- basic English reading and oral comprehension
- high school diploma or equivalent experience
- experience with computers, smartphones, iPads, and POS systems
- general knowledge of food industry or retail operations preferred
Job Qualifications

- minimum six months supervisory experience
- flexible schedule availability including nights, weekends, holidays
- TB clearance as required
- 0-1 years food service or retail experience
- basic math and computer skills
- ability to test product qualities
- cash handling and customer service preferred
- current or ability to obtain food handler certification within 30 days
- basic reading and comprehension skills in English
- high school diploma or commensurate experience
- experience with POS systems and smart devices
- general knowledge of food industry or retail operations preferred
- knowledge of nutrition terminology is a plus
Job Duties
- Assist in daily store operations
- manage and lead the store in absence of General Manager or Assistant General Manager
- maintain food quality standards
- uphold service, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation protocols
- handle issues with team members, suppliers, and guests
- escalate issues when necessary
- operate cash register and handle transactions according to company policies
