Job Requirements

  • Minimum age 18
  • six months supervisory experience
  • flexibility for weeknights, weekends, and holidays
  • TB clearance
  • 0-1 years experience in food service or retail
  • ability to stand, bend, reach, and scoop during shifts
  • ability to work in walk-in refrigerator and freezer conditions
  • basic math and computer skills
  • able to test products by taste, color, and smell
  • cash handling and customer service preferred
  • current or ability to obtain food handler certification within 30 days
  • basic English reading and oral comprehension
  • high school diploma or equivalent experience
  • experience with computers, smartphones, iPads, and POS systems
  • general knowledge of food industry or retail operations preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum age 18
  • minimum six months supervisory experience
  • flexible schedule availability including nights, weekends, holidays
  • TB clearance as required
  • 0-1 years food service or retail experience
  • basic math and computer skills
  • ability to test product qualities
  • cash handling and customer service preferred
  • current or ability to obtain food handler certification within 30 days
  • basic reading and comprehension skills in English
  • high school diploma or commensurate experience
  • experience with POS systems and smart devices
  • general knowledge of food industry or retail operations preferred
  • knowledge of nutrition terminology is a plus

Job Duties

  • Assist in daily store operations
  • manage and lead the store in absence of General Manager or Assistant General Manager
  • maintain food quality standards
  • uphold service, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation protocols
  • handle issues with team members, suppliers, and guests
  • escalate issues when necessary
  • operate cash register and handle transactions according to company policies
